Chef Javier Duarte, originally from Guatemala. Chef Javier has been the chef for A Taste of the South for 5 years and specializes in Southern cuisine with a little Guatemalian flavor. He has created many unique wedding cakes and exquisite fruit art displays for all sized events. Chef Duarte has prepared meals and desserts for many weddings and parties of 25 to 300 people.
